The clearest insight on how to easily defeat sin.

Only if you were awakened and reached the middle stage. Because you won't be able to recognize the Holy Reason, the voice of God if you just started. But if you can recognize pure, honest, meaningful awareness than this method will help you with reflexive reaction of your brain to stimuli. In the first steps of awakening you will know how to "run away from an Agents" - having no cravings for "sin", this method wil  help you to "dodge bullets" - accidentally facing old temptations, but in the end it will be naturally and easy to see thing  straight. What "I'm trying to tell you that when you're ready, you won't have to" (dodge bullets, or run away).

Let's take the one most difficult for a man: the strong sexual impulse triggered when he sees or imagines a naked woman.

The "Serpent" seduced man to eat the forbidden fruit. Intellect focuse  man's attention on instinctive drives—feelings, desires, and emotions—the "fruits" of our instinctive nature. The intellect explains to the man how to obtain the pleasure he craves, convincing him that he can satisfy it without worrying about the deeper meaning of the action. "Just do what you want: imagine it first, anticipate the pleasure, remember how good it felt before." This is the combined work of two forces: instinctive drives and intellect.

How to break it?

God's voice is Reason within us. It gives us understanding of the true meaning behind these illusory instinctive drives and empowers us to crave the right things.

The solution is to combine Reason and intellect. First, enable Reason—it is serious, silent wisdom. Practice entering silence without words. Then, recall the image of a naked woman and begin reasoning: use your intellect directed toward Reason. Ask and answer questions like this:

What is this?

A woman.

What does "woman" mean?

A female human being.

What is her specific difference from a male?

She can conceive, carry, give birth to a child, and feed him with milk produced by glands in her breasts.

So you can distinguish male from female, right?

Yes, by her secondary sexual characteristics (such as breasts) and primary ones (genitalia).

What are those primary and secondary features for?

Breasts are for nourishing an infant. The vagina is the birth canal through which babies come into the world; it is also the passage for menstrual flow and the place where the male delivers his sperm to fertilize the egg in the woman's womb.

Is the vagina itself beautiful?

Not particularly—many people compare it metaphorically to a flower, but anatomically it is a functional organ, not an object of aesthetic beauty in itself.

After this reasoning exercise, look at a real woman (first clothed) and continue recognizing which organs are visible and which are hidden. Picture her feeding a baby, or together with her husband and children—fulfilling her natural purpose. Now you can look at an image of a naked woman using the same combination: Reason + intellect, seeing the meaning and function of the organs rather than isolated erotic stimuli.
